Niveles y dimensiones de análisis en el mundo del trabajo: notas a partir de una experiencia de investigación

Abstract

The aim ofthese notes is to think about the dilemmas ofthe labour history of our country, taking in to account the recent debates our labour history. The point of departure is rny own experience in the research of the working world in Berisso's factories. We pay special attention to the scale analysis and to the different dimensions that are present in the development of the research. In addition to this, we include sorne issues related to the examination of the processes and the organization of the work in the factories, the gender relationships, the ethnic and racial differences and the representations and images of Iabour in Argentina in the 20th century.
