Conflictividad laboral y políticas disciplinarias en la industria metalúrgica de la ciudad de Rosario 1973-1976

Abstract

In this article we analyze topics linked to the labor disputes in the rosarina metallurgical industty between 1973 and 1976 and theirs effects in the changes of the relationship between workers and employers. The reflection about the strategies of employers to labor control proves the crisis of the historicat practices that attempt to spread a harmonic context in the shop floor. Facing a very important escalation of labor conflicts and a more radical politics stance among workers, the old employers' practices falls off, and begin an important process of changes in the everyday lives and in the relationships within the plants.
