Comercio minorista y pautas de consumo en el mundo rural bonaerense, 1760-1870

Abstract

The retail, the consumer patterns and the material life of the rural pampa 's inhabitants are the objects ofthis paper. It will be by means of the study of inventories and appraisals of trade in the countryside ofBuenos Aires. Our hypothesis analize the relations and the transformation of the consumer patterns and the retail's changes. Both processes would be date between 1840 to 1860 and recognized in the long time (from 1760 to 1870).
