Abstract

The objective of this work is to make a brief hístorical review about relationships between capital and work in the factory, looking especially the tensions generated by the multiple strategies that each one ofthem (capital and work) transferred to the educative field. The capital, extending its historical ways of control and discipline, and the workers, generating and creating altematives and resistances. At the same time will be analyzed key-concepts, such as process of work and capitalist control, al so the different interpretatíons about the techniques of the modem school institution, the school/famíly alliance and simultaneous instruction, transferred in its application and experimentation to the factories, during the consolidation of the capitalism and the first decades ofthe twentieth century. Finally will be developed sorne possibilities to carry on with investigation about case studies in Argentina, focusing in this study in the archives of Siam Di Tella.
