Abstract
This article discusses how you determine sustained "looks" in disciplinary strategies of the professions that intervene in a family reality, aimed at managing and normalizing the families of a Boy-Girl-Teenager (NNA) in a situation of violation of rights. The resulting conceptions of family will be the invalidating or enabling context of the forms of protection that are defined as necessary. To do this, the situation of the girl child MR, selected, is analyzed as it is indicative of the course of a set of interventions, both by professional agents in the administrative field and by judicial officials. To carry out this investigation, we will focus the analysis on a technical-legal file, which reflects administrative and judicial actions regarding the intervention process, understanding that these documents allow us to analyze the network of relationships and the interactions produced between judicial, administrative and family agents. of the children, since different possible solutions are configured and postulated from them (Ciordia and Villalta, 2011). In this sense, we understand that an in-depth look at a specific intervention process allows us to erect a vision about the phenomenon of the protection of children's rights in the province of Córdoba.
