Abstract

Based on organizational analysis dimensions, a situational reflection is made about the school guidance Teams of the Tandil district, taking into account their main characteristics and the political-generating nature of social transformations of public education; helping to elucidate limits, possibilities, contradictions and challenges of their professional practices.This approach takes as the analysis period from 2018 to recent years in the context of COVID pandemic (2020 and 2021).
